Website Graphics & Images:


We have been humble and polite towards our clients always, but selecting the right image and graphics on your website looks like a piece of cake though it is not something as easy as you may think. We make every bit of the website give your company the right branding and identity without any copyright issues with all our hard work and energy.


So we provide a free support for selecting stock images from free websites like pexels.com and unsplash.com. If you want help or suggestions for premium stock images like stockphotos.com we do it too. For customized Graphics and illustrations please check the graphics section below.



We are a small agency employed with employees that work really hard to give you the best result. But we all understand money is a motivation and key to avoid hunger and work with full concentration on the projects. So we insist our clients to pay us a 50% advance of the project to kick start.

The remaining payment can be done once the work is completed and before we make the product live.


Maintenance and Support:

Please refer the Maintenance and Support page, or you may request this, in case we miss it.



All the commercials and costings discussed to you are valid only for six months. The commercials might change depending on the offers and promotions going on in that period.


Website Content:


Please make sure the content given for the website designing are separated as per the pages. For example, you need a 4 page website that has Home, About, Services and Contact. We will need content segregated as About, Services and Contact. Over the experience we have found out content could be the main cause for delay. This will help to avoid any delay.


Supply of Materials


You must supply all materials and information required by us to complete the work in accordance with any agreed specification. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written copy, logos and other printed material. Where there is any delay in supplying these materials to us which leads to a delay in the completion of work, we have the right to extend any previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount.


Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, we have the right to invoice you for any part or parts of the work already completed.


Additional Expenses


We have got the commercials at this affordable rate to avoid further expenses. Please support us to save fuel, energy, time and money.


It is a digital world and major work we do is online. For discussions and meetings we prefer a place that has a working WiFi connection. It is simple without the internet connection we cannot show you the work/projects. So if you don’t have a place where internet connection is unavailable please avoid it. We encourage our customer to visit our office and this will also help them to understand the working environment at Web Ignito and build a better relation. Travelling in India is not easy, so for small pickups we can always use the courier service.


We may use Anydesk.com to take the remote access of your computer to check issues at your end regarding the website or any digital product.


We will make sure the discussion is done in the right manner to avoid any further delays. We always carry a notepad and pen to jot down the clients requirement. If any travelling expense required in between of the project for meeting the client, they will bear the allowance via Taxi services. Client agrees to reimburse Web Ignito for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the work. Examples would be purchase of special fonts, travel, stock photography etc.
